Flame Grilled Chicken At El Pollo Loco

I miss Philippines broiled chicken, specifically at San Pedro Chicken. There's another chicken store but I forgot the name. I like their liver sauce mmmm yummy. The El Pollo Loco chicken reminds me of the chicken we had in Iligan City. Though it doesn't have the same taste, I like it a bit. I prefer this one than the fried ones. For fried chicken? I still like jollibee's :) Anyway, aside from eating the chicken meat with the side dishes--macaroni & cheese, rice and beans-- and tortillas, I simply like eating it with plain rice and soy sauce with vinegar. I also like Mang Tomas sauce with it. Feels like I am in Phi.
Here's the recipe:

El Pollo Loco Chicken

1 cup White wine vinegar
1 cup Olive oil
1/2 cup White wine
1 tbls. Oregano
1 teas. Thyme
3 tbls. Salt
10 Garlic cloves; minced
1 1/2 teas. Tabasco sauce

Mix all ingredients and marinate two whole chicken which have been cut in
half. Marinate several hours in refrigerator. Grill chickens slowly until
done.
