Vegetable Medley

I don't know what exactly this dish is called. In Philippines, we might call it Sari-Sari or Mixed Vegetables. Indeed, I just mixed the vegetables and added creole seasoning. It tasted good. Healthy and nutritious.

I had the following ingredients:

yellow squash/summer squash
carrots
brocolli
garlic
red bell pepper
onion
creole seasoning

I just sauteed the garlic, onion, red bell pepper and added the sliced carrots and squash. I added 1/4 cup of water and simmered it for 4 minutes. Then added the brocolli and the creole seasong. Stirred and removed from stove a minute after. I like my vegetables cooked perfectly (or half raw) and not overcooked. For this recipe, you may add more vegetables like string beans, peas or cabbage. But might be too much huh ;)
