This is what we call Pakbet Tagalog since we are not using salted fish (bagoong) but salted shrimp (alamang). Again, it is up to you to use 2 or more of each vegetables. My hubby has tasted this dish too and according to him it isn't bad :)
Salt to taste
1 cup water (optional)
1) In a deep saucepan, saute tomatoes, minced cloves of garlic, and slices of medium onion.
2) Add pork. Cook until tender. Then add alamang and water.
3) Add all sliced vegetables and stir. Simmer until shrivelled. Serve on rice.
