Filipino Garlic Fried Rice

A frequent visitor of this page named Anna requested this easy recipe. This is a Filipino-Style Garlic Fried Rice. You only need 3 main ingredients and your fried rice will be ready right away. It is quick and simple. You may also add shrimp and green onions with your garlic fried rice to have additional taste.

Salt
3 garlic cloves
3 c. cooked white rice
1 tbsp cooking oil

Heat 3 tbsp. cooking oil in a wok or large pan on medium-high heat. (Add more cooking oil if necessary)
Add garlic and sauté for 15 seconds or till golden brown.
Add the rice and toss frequently for 1 minute.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt.
Cook rice on low heat for about 5 to 10 minutes, and toss rice occasionally.
