Meal for Today


It is my third week of dieting and so far I am doing good. I lost 8lbs and I noticed my shorts are not so tight anymore that I keep on pulling it to my waist. I have sticked to my proper diet and never missed a meal. I ate 3 meals in a day since September 1 and ate less carb and fatty food. I see to it that I have a daily intake of fiber from fruits and vegetables. This is only an example of a meal I had. I don't plan ahead what I should eat which is supposedly what I should do if I am into a dieting program. But I can think quickly what's good to eat or not. Above is a picture of my meal: Less fat pork and beans and a slice of wheat bread with a vegetable side dish. I always have grapes after meal or snacks. I eat chips but only the ones in whole grains and less fat and I count how much I am allowed to consume. This is the first time that I am really serious with my diet. Hope I can have better results at the end of this month. Let's see. No more frying as for now...

8 obs in 3 weeks... not bad... how i wish i can do the same... i just love my food and sadly i indulge... let me say though that junk food is not in my diet... cheers to you. i hope you reach your weight goals.
