This is my strawberry-banana smoothie. I used a proportioned amount of non-fat yogurt, fat-free milk, strawberries and a banana. It is easy to make. Blend all ingredients and your smoothie is ready for you to sip. I bought a big bag of frozen fruits (peach, grapes, strawberries, melon) last night and made a smoothie this morning. It was sweet and the taste was fruity and delicious.
