Grilled Tri-tip with Montreal Steak mix


You should better try McCormick's Grill Mates: Montreal Steak Marinade which is 25% less in sodium. This marinade has a robust blend of coarsely ground peppers, garlic and spices. It makes the meat so tasty. You will need 1/4 cup of water, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 2 tbsp red wine or white vinegar and 1 1/2-2 lbs pork or lamb or beef. This is best with sirloin, ribeye or round steak. You just mix all ingredients and marinate the meat for 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. You can then grill, broil or bake it until done, basting with remaining marinade halfway through cooking, if desired. Just discard any leftover marinade. Buy the marinade mix at any grocery store near you.
