This is my other variation of the Chicken Noodle Soup or the Bean Thread (Sotanghon) Soup. It has yellow squash. The recipe is similar of course of the other chicken soup recipe I posted before. You can check the instructions there on how to cook this. The only difference is that I had mushrooms added with it instead of yellow or summer squash. Other than that, both have the same ingredients. Both taste good and my husband loves it!
