Vegetables on Butter

The vegetables I used were zucchini squash, yellow summer squah and carrots. Instead of oil, I sauteed the vegetables on butter. I prepared this as a side-dish and sautéing is really simple. The food to be sautéed is usually cooked for a relatively short period of time over high heat, with the goal of browning the food while preserving its color, moisture and flavor.
