Ground Beef and Cabbage

I don't know what this dish is called but my Mom used to cook this for us. This Ground beef and cabbage recipe makes you eat more rice. For a rice eater like me, this dish is perfect for my rice. Below is my recipe. By the way, aside from cabbage, I added some cauliflowers to it too. Isn't it a healthy recipe?
garlic
onion
tomato
red or green pepper
1.5 lb ground beef/hamburger meat
1/2 slice cabbage
1 14.5 oz can beef broth
cauliflower (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
soy sauce (optional)

cooking oil (optional)
On a skillet, cook the ground beef till golden brown (medium-heat). Drain the meat (get rid of oil if necessary). Pour a bit of cooking oil if necessary to cook the garlic, onion, tomato and pepper. Put the meat back on the skillet. Add the broth and let it boil. Add cabbage and cauliflower. Cook for a few minutes till the vegetables are tender. Add salt and pepper to taste. You may add soy sauce if necessary but before adding it, taste the broth first. Simmer for 1 minute and serve immediately while hot.
When I cook the ground beef, I don't add oil anymore. I just use the extra oil from the meat to fry the garlic and other vegetables.
