Today's meal includes a hot Italian sausage, western cubed potatoes and beans 'n' caramelized onions. The meal is delicious for me yet not perfectly healthy since I prepared processed meat instead of grilling fresh meat. It has fresh vegetables though and I ate only small portion of each side dish. You can prepare the same meal and try grilled meat or steak instead of hot links or sausage. Try it and you will love it!
