Fried Fish


This is another easy dish to prepare during parties. For Filipinos, fish is expected on the dinner or buffet table. It could be grilled, baked or fried. Either way of cooking, we love it. Especially if prepared with a mixture of soy sauce or fish sauce and vinegar with tomatoes, onions or green onions and lemons. Thinking of it makes me drool!
