Maha Blanca/Corn Pudding

This is one of my maha blanca recipes. I kept on adjusting the ingredients till I get the right texture and sweetness. I love this one! My friends here including the Americans love my maha blanca so every party sometimes, I make a tray for everybody to share. Below yields 2 trays.

2 condensed milk

1 evaporated milk
2 cups cornstarch
2 cans corn kernel
4 cans coconut milk

Procedure

In a medium saucepan, mix coconut milk, evaporated milk, sugar, cornstarch, and corn kernel. Boil over slow heat, stirring constantly to prevent lumps, until mixture is clear for about 3-5 minutes.Pour hot mixture into prepared dish and allow to set. You may also sprinkle grated cheese and crushed peanuts. Cool before slicing.
