Chicken Curry

This is my friend's version of the Chicken Curry. If you can see, the chicken curry's ingredients are a bit different from other chicken curry recipes you can find online but it tastes good too. I like it better since I can find these all in my pantry and that means, I don't have to buy an ingredient just for a certain recipe. I can cook this dish anytime I want. You would probably like it too so try it. Thanks Isabelle for the recipe.

1 whole chicken cut into pcs
1 whole red onion
4 pcs carrots
3-4 pcs potatoes
1 green bellpepper
1 red bellpepper
2 pack of raisins (optional)
8 cloves garlic (chopped)
3 pcs shallots (sliced)
2-2/12 tbsp curry powder (depends how much amt you want )
3/4 can of coconut milk
6 pcs tomatoes (sliced)
black pepper
salt
1 cube knorr/chicken bouillon
*cut all the ingredients into pcs/cubes

1. Heat wok then saute shallots and garlic till brown.
2. Put chicken, add blackpepper and knorr cube then saute. Cover for like 5 mins in a medium fire.
3. Wait till water dries up and the chicken is golden brown...stir occasionally.
4. Add potato and carrots...stir then cover and simmer in a low-medium fire till tender. Add the curry powder...stir.
5. Add the bellpeppers, red onion, raisins then lastly, tomatoes and coconut milk. If all ingredients are cooked or tender, you can add salt but taste it first cos curry powder is a bit salty already and you may not want to add salt. Serve with rice.
