So I am watching my diet because I need to lose weight. After my pregnancy, I have gained more than 20 lbs and so far, I have only lost 10 lbs. I need to work hard to get rid of the eccess fat. I am overweight so I am eating only little but five times a day. I am trying though what hubby told me, eat only when you are hungry. Anyway, today's meal was rice, with hamburger patty, corn and shrimp. I pineapple slices for dessert.
