Craving for seafood? If you feel like eating seashells and shrimp, you might want to try this easy and quick recipe by my friend, Flora. She always cooks delicious food every time we visit her house. This is one of her dishes that we really like. You can buy seafood pack at any asian restaurant. If you can't, just get it from any of your local grocery store. You will buy the seashells and shrimp separately though. When cooking, you can cook it in many ways. The way Flora prepared it is by sauteeing garlic, onion and tomatoes first. Then the seafood was added with a bit of water. Just add salt and pepper to taste. You may also cook it with oyster sauce which I also like. The seafood will make its own juice and you may just use that instead of adding water. Either way is delicious. Just cook it the way you like it. Have fun cooking!
