We have another healthy meal today. Hubby grilled some seasoned pork chops that we bought at a store. It was 'buy one get one free" deal so we had plenty to enjoy. I love pork chops but we just have to cook it well especially when grilled. Unlike steak which we can eat medium rare or rare. But I like mine well done. Anyway, we had baked potatoes with butter sprinkled with ground black pepper and salt, grilled pork chops and boiled green beans. Mmmmm so good!
