Spinach Egg Omelet is one of my favorite egg omelets. It is a simple but healthy dish for breakfast. Quick and easy to make. This is also a good dish to feed your kids if you want them to have vegetables. The spinach can hardly be tasted and the texture is nice. I really love it. I eat it with rice or just this alone with salsa or chili paste. It's really good. It is made of scrambled eggs and spinach without salt or any spices. I could have cooked it with tomatoes, onions or green onions and bell peppers.
