Here's another salad dish that I like. I bought this peanut sauce at Walmart and I use it sometimes to my salads. I love spicy food so I like this peanut sauce because of its spiciness. It's a bit spicy and it is perfect with any meat. I use it with chicken meat on top of my greens. When I have kale for my salad, I use the sauce as a dressing. Just a bit of it makes me eat my meal deliciously.

Here's a healthy meal for breakfast. This has been an all-time family favorite. Potatoes fill you up plus the goodness of spinach and eggs make your body healthy. I always use olive oil to cook my dishes so it is indeed a healthy breakfast. If you have left-over meat, you can add it up instead of using ham. I eat the potatoes with a fried egg. I like it half-way cooked. I just like how the yolk tastes with the potatoes. Hubby likes it that way too. Check out my potatoes recipe.

When I first tried salsa for breakfast, I started to like it and once in a while, I prepare breakfast with salsa for my family. I haven't tried this back in Phi so when I got here in California, my tastes buds had explored a lot with food. I easily got adjusted and I can love the food on my first try. Since I am a hot sauce fan, I am easily attracted to salsa. So breakfast tastes better with salsa! Especially if we have potatoes, eggs or burrito for breakfast. You should try it too.

This is one of hubby's favorite breakfast. It may take a bit while peeling and cutting the ingredients but this dish is really good for breakfast. I prefer this one over hash browns. Packed with protein, vitamins and nutrients, this is a really good food to start your day.
2 Potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 Onion, sliced
2-3 Tomatoes, sliced
3-4 Eggs, beaten
1 1/2 Cups Ham, cubed
2-3 Cups Spinach1 Cup Mozarella Cheese, grated or sliced
2-3 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Saute' onion and tomatoes on heated olive oil, medium heat. When tender-crisp, stir in potatoes and cover. Cook for 5-7 min stirring occasionally. Add ham, salt and pepper. I don't add salt with my dishes. If I do, I use pink salt. Stir in eggs and cook for a few minutes. Add spinach and cover. Stir and add cheese on top and you're done. Cover and serve when cheese is melted.

Hi guys! I bet everyone had a good thanksgiving dinner with families and friends. I am pretty sure you enjoy the food on the table and had a nice chat while eating your delicious meal. Everyone must have called it a night after consuming that yummy dessert! As for us, we did had a great time with family. We had dinner here at home and I did prepare the table nicely and cooked for the dinner. I was so excited that I finished the table setting early morning. Thanksgiving dinner has always been important for us. A holiday that gathers us around and makes us closer while looking back on all the things that our old peeps had done for our country. Nothing's better than talking to our loved ones over a sumptuous dinner. I can't wait for next year! Enjoy the rest of the week guys.

Here's another dish that my little girl likes. She loves carrots and green beans. Also broccoli but I didn't add it with this dish. My little boy only eats carrots and he is really picky with food. Glad he eats fruits at least. So when I cook this one, my little girl eats most of it. This has no salt but I used left-over roasted chicken from Costco which was already seasoned. I just added salt-free seasoning from Mrs. Grill. I used olive oil to saute onion. Then I stir-fried the carrots first until tender-crisp and added the green beans. When you cook this, add a bit of water when necessary to cook the veges and cover. Stir in chicken meat and add seasoning. Cook for a few minutes and done. Serve with rice or brown rice. My little girl loves the latter so we always have it every time I cook veges. Enjoy!

Thanksgiving is coming up and everyone's gonna be busy preparing for their feast. That comes with the table preparation and the decor as well. You might want to add some edible apple swans in different colors. For sure you will love this idea and your guests too! Family will surely enjoy, not only the feast but also the apple swans. That if you want to take a bite out of these pretty carved and sliced apples in green, red and more. Check out the video to learn how. Thanks to the author who put this video up. It's very easy and fun to follow. Click the link now. (Photo credit: Andrew Salomone @ makezine.com)

I just found out that I am hypoglycemic or I have low blood sugar. It's not very low for now but I have to watch my diet so it won't get worst. It is opposite to diabetes but could be dangerous too. I can pass out anytime or anywhere. So imagine if you are driving. That is why I am going to change my diet and will try not to skip meals. That's one of the reasons of hypoglycemia or any other illness. My doctor has recommended a high-protein diet. So I will be sharing with you guys also the food I will be having. I will still cook the usual food for my hubby and kids. So keep visiting Inday's Kitchen! Thank you!
