Here's a healthy meal for breakfast. This has been an all-time family favorite. Potatoes fill you up plus the goodness of spinach and eggs make your body healthy. I always use olive oil to cook my dishes so it is indeed a healthy breakfast. If you have left-over meat, you can add it up instead of using ham. I eat the potatoes with a fried egg. I like it half-way cooked. I just like how the yolk tastes with the potatoes. Hubby likes it that way too. Check out my potatoes recipe.
