This is an easy recipe that I created with the suggestion of my friend who tempted me to buy more chicken livers @ Vons. Easy that you only need to prepare onions, garlic, soysauce, vinegar and pepper. In a skillet, put the chicken liver with soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and pepper. Do not stir, cook till it dries. Stir and add onion. Add more vinegar and soy sauce if necessary then cook the liver til no pink remains. Serve on top of rice. A simple yet delicious chicken liver.
