Soup is good for the body especially if you have meat and vegetables in it. It is also good for mothers who are breastfeeding like me. So I try my best to cook soup for my milk supply. This time around, I made Tinolang Manok (Chicken Soup). It was a simple recipe yet tasted so good. I only had chicken, bokchoy, onion and a chicken bouillon cube. I boiled a quart of water then added the meat and onion. Simmered it til tender then added the bouillon cube for more flavor. Pepper could be added too and ginger. I let it boil again then added the bokchoy. You may add any greens. I added the bokchoy last when there's no more fire to avoid over cooking. Then I served it with rice.
