I just found out that I am hypoglycemic or I have low blood sugar. It's not very low for now but I have to watch my diet so it won't get worst. It is opposite to diabetes but could be dangerous too. I can pass out anytime or anywhere. So imagine if you are driving.That is why I am going to change my diet and will try not to skip meals. That's one of the reasons of hypoglycemia or any other illness. My doctor has recommended a high-protein diet. So I will be sharing with you guys also the food I will be having.
